The Cleveland Volunteer Fire Department and Cleveland Police Department responded to the scene around 4:20 a.m.
Cleveland Fire Inspector Gene Bishop said the fire started in the warehouse building located next to the body shop.
Firefighters fought the blaze for about two hours and finally returned to the station around 6:30 a.m.
A number of vehicles were being stored in the structure, including a big mobile home that Bishop said is likely where the fire began.
"I believe the fire started in the mobile home," he said. "It was fully involved when we got there."
The warehouse building and the mobile home were destroyed but the body shop only experienced minor smoke damaged.
"Luckily no one was hurt and they should be able to open the body shop back up within a couple hours," said Bishop. "They should be back in business shortly."
