The John F. Kennedy Hornets finished second behind Hinds AHS who won the overall championship.
JFK's Octavius Taylor won the 1600-meter run (5:02.50). His teammate Keenon Bady came in fourth (5:07.96) and Ray Brooks' Jamarcus Tyler finished eighth (5:52.85).
Broad Street's Jonathan Lyles won the 200-meter dash (22.60), Shaw's Dexter Davis came in fifth (23.66) and Broad Street's Flo Robinson finished eighth (24.95)
Davis finished sixth for Shaw in the 100-meter dash (11.96).
In the 800-meter run, it was JFK's Deion Warren winning the event (2:09.01) and his teammate Jaylen Tillman finished right behind him in second (2:09.72). Jamarcus Tyler finished eighth for Ray Brooks (2:35.79).
Tyler bounced back for Ray Brooks and won the 3200-meter run (11.16.29) and JFK's Khalil Strickland came in eighth (12:48.98)
Shaw's Jermarquis Stimage finished second in the 400-meter dash (51.52), and JFK's Deion Warren came in fourth (52.67). Stimage also came in second in the long jump (22-01.50).
JFK's Frederick Haywood came in fifth place in the 110-meter hurdles (17.13) and fifth in the 300-meter hurdles (43.23).
In the 4x100 meter relay, Broad Street finished third (44.55), Shaw came in fifth (45.50) and Ray Brooks was sixth (45.77).
In the 4x200 meter relay, Broad Street came in second (1:32.03), and Shaw was third (1:34.61). The JFK Hornets finished second in the 4x400 meter relay (3:35.81).
In the boys high jump Shaw's Malik Walker finished second (6-04) and Jonathan Haynes came in fifth for Ray Brooks (5-08).
Broad Street's Quantez Watkins came in seventh in the triple jump (39-02.25) and Eddie Gibson came in eighth place for Ray Brooks in the event (38-01).
Broad Street's Devonte Brown came in eighth place in the shot put (40-11.00).
Ray Brooks' Jamarcus Marshall finished sixth in the discus throw (111-04) and his teammate Kevin Tyler came in eighth place (98-01).
