Dear Editor,

I just finished reading the most interesting and informative book titled “How Do You Kill 11 Million People?” Every American, whether Democrat, Republican, or Independent should take the time to read this book. Don’t let the title scare you, it is not a serial killer book.

Andy Andrews, a New York Times best selling author uses the number 11,000,000, the approximate number of people killed by Adolph Hitler between 1935 and 1945. The actual number was more like 11, 283,000 which does not include the 5,200,000 German civilians and Military war dead or the 28,736,000 Europeans killed in WWII.

Andrews explains how 11,000,000 people allowed themselves to be killed. An intricate web of lies, delivered in stages, was designed to ensure the cooperation of the condemned (unknowingly) Jews.

Hitler rose to power during a time of economic uncertainty and he promised more and better and new and different. He vowed change. In working class neighborhoods, he talked about redistribution of wealth and attacked profits generated by business owners.

How did he kill 11,000,000. He LIED to them. His theory was to make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it and eventually everyone would believe, even those he planned to kill.

I promise you this book, which is small, a thirty to an hour read, will give you pause to think about what is occurring in our country today. Andrews points out that 545 individuals are dictating to 311 million of us today. These 545 include 1 President, 9 Supreme Court Justices, 100 U S Senators, and 435 members of the House of Representatives.
