Created in February by Clevelanders Chris Haycraft and Jimmy McClellan, the group is proud to represent local supporters of the National Rifle Association.
Tickets to Thursday's event are $35 for a single person or $60 for a couple. Children 12 and under are free.
Tickets may be purchased at Security Services Inc. or The Outdoorsman, both of Cleveland.
Half of the money raised will go to the Mississippi NRA, while the other half will go to national funding.
In-state funds support various causes, including 4-H shooting programs and Army Junior ROTC programs.
Vice chairman Haycraft said the banquet would be a big family gathering for those who support gun rights in America.
"Down South we are God-fearing, gun-loving citizens and patriots," said Haycraft. "We want to continue our heritage of hunting and shooting sports for future generations."
The event will feature catered barbeque from Airport Grocery, a live auction, several raffles and games.
Mississippi and Alabama NRA Field Rep. Gene Newman will also be in attendance to discuss current platforms and present-day gun law debates.
"We are aware of what's going on in the state and across the country right now," said committee member John Stallings. "We understand how important gun rights are to our hunters and sports shooters."
Haycraft encouraged women to attend.
"We have a lot of pink handguns for the ladies and jewelry," he said. "This event is not just about guys."
Jimmy Primos of Primos Hunting calls will also be on site.
