11 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. — The Third Annual Soup Luncheon by the Cleveland Woman’s Club will be held at the First United Methodist Church. Eat in or take out for $6, which includes soup, cornbread and dessert.

Noon — Exchange Club will meet at the Cleveland Country Club.

5 p.m. — Weight Watchers will meet at Our Lady of Victories Catholic Church.

6:30 p.m. — The Civil Air Patrol will meet in the aviation building at Delta State University. This meeting has special due to the attendance of the Mississippi Wing Vice Commander Maj. Mal Woodcock and Squadron Commander Maj. Richard Albee.

6:30-8:30 p.m. — The adults of Bernice's Booster Club for Youth Inc. will meet.

All items for WGO (What’s going on) should be submitted in writing to the Lifestyles Editor of The Bolivar Commercial at least one day prior to publication. All items should pertain to meetings and events which are open to the public. We do not run church briefs, sporting events, or invitations to private parties. Items will be run on a space available basis. Please remember we no longer have a Monday edition, so all information pertaining to that day should be turned in Friday morning.
