Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. at Saint James M.B. Church in Memphis, Tenn., with Rev. Leslie Wooten officiating. Burial will follow at Mound Bayou Memorial Garden No. 2.
Visitation will be today from 4-6 p.m. at Joe Ford Funeral Home in Memphis, Tenn. Mrs. Norman was born on July 8, 1934, to Mose McNeil and Trebia Shannon.
She attended Mound Bayou Training School.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit Norman, daughter, Renata Norman, and two grandchildren.
Survivors include one son, Michael McNeil of Memphis, Tenn.; nine daughters, Ruthie Williams and Yzetta Garrett, both of Memphis, Tenn., Pamela Lee, Antoinette Burton, Prenell Norman, Yvonne Brown, Evangeline Norman and Maxine Norman, all of Mound Bayou, Renita Jackson of Clarksville, Tenn.; one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Parker of Memphis, Tenn.; 24 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren.
