Walker named customer contact center manager

C Spire Wireless, the only wireless provider to offer personalized services, has named Danny Walker as Customer Contact Center manager. In his new position, Walker will be responsible for managing all facets of customer relations and retention. He is also charged with driving innovative solutions and encouraging strong operational processes to enhance the customer experience and support company initiatives.

Walker has been a C Spire CREW member since 1999, starting as an Account Service Representative. He was promoted into management in 2000, serving as Market Manager in Clarksdale, Oxford, Batesville, Cleveland, and Jackson-Deville locations. While in Cleveland, he was awarded with the Lawrence L. Stewart Award from the Delta State University Athletic Alumni Association for providing outstanding service to the University. He has also been employed in management with McRae’s Department Stores and Stein Mart.

Walker received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Delta State University. He has participated in numerous leadership and training programs, including Franklin Covey, Ralph Lauren, and Hart Schaffner Marx. Walker has been involved with the Lion’s Club and served as Vice President of the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the Cleveland Crime Stoppers.
