Services for Kenneth Dwight “Ken” Crocker will be held Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 1 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Norman Sanders, Rev. Tom Brooks and Rev. Jack Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarlawn Cemetery in Philadelphia.

Mr. Crocker, 82, of Canton, died Wednesday, January 30, 2013, at his residence.

He was born and reared in the Spring Hill community of Neshoba County where he married his first wife, Winona Faye Clark.  He had made his home in Canton since 1960. Mr. Crocker was a member of Pelahatchie Assembly of God and a former member of The Gideons International. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in Korea. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW. He was an Endowed Life member of the National Rifle Association.

Survivors include his wife, Claudine Crocker of Canton; daughter, Judy Stewart of Philadelphia; sons, Stanley Crocker of Canton and Mitchell Crocker of Cleveland; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Crocker was preceded in death by his wife, Winona Faye Crocker and his parents, “Bunch” and “Neely” Crocker.

Pallbearers will be Jason Crocker, Seth Crocker, Mark Crocker, Daniel Stewart, Thomas Crocker and Leslie Steadman.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. until service time at McClain-Hays Funeral Home in Philadelphia.
