She died Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at her home. Mrs. Toler was a lifelong resident of Inverness and a loyal member of the First Baptist Church where she joyfully served as a long time teacher of the Mittie Toler class. She was also a devoted leader in the Explorers Bibles Study and a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Jane's faith and joyful spirit were a blessing to a host of friends and family. She was a treasured influence and inspiration in the lives of many.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Street Toler Jr.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.V. Willis; and two brothers, Billy Willis and Alby Willis and a brother-in-law, Merton Toler Sr. (Goldie).
She is survived by two sons, Jack Toler of Isola and Woody (Phyllis) Toler of Jackson; one brother, Richard Willis (Kathryn) of Montgomery, Ala.; two sisters, Mary Kathryn McDowell of Inverness and Bertie Ann Holaday of Louise; and two brothers-in-law, Bill (Helen) Toler of Inverness and Ken (Sandra) Toler of Jackson; five grandchildren, Kent Toler of Inverness, Nancy Street (Lee) Elkins of Madison; Pack Toler of Isola, Kate Ragsdale of Jackson, and Sloan Toler of Jackson; nine great-grandchildren, Brittany Toler (Justin) Jones of Brandon, Anna Street Toler, Woods Toler, and Warren Toler, all of Inverness, Elizabeth Elkins, Molly Street Elkins, and Luke Elkins all of Madison, Kairi Smith and Ireland Smith of Jackson.
