Despite being scheduled to begin on Monday, the case involving Rodney Shelton Fulgham has been moved to the next term.

Fulgham was indicted Oct. 1 of this year by a Bolivar County Grand Jury for the Oct. 20, 2012, death of Shelby Harmon.

The indictment charge was DUI death.

Harmon, 20, of Cleveland was killed on U.S. Highway 61 near the Bolivar-Washington County line when she was struck by multiple vehicles traveling in the northbound lane.

The Bolivar Commercial will have more as the case develops.
