Visitation was from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Clarksdale.
Funeral service will follow starting at 1:30 p.m. with burial in Oakridge Cemetery in Clarksdale. Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS. is handling the arrangements.
Andy was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved to be in the woods or at a lake hunting and fishing with his three boys. He was a board member of the Coahoma County Conservation League. Andy was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was also very involved with Clarksdale Youth Incorporation. Andy loved to coach and he put many hours into coaching. He probably coached almost every child that has played baseball. His passion for the game was tremendous.
He is predeceased by maternal grandparents, James and Joyce Smith Maxey and paternal grandfather, Floyd Belvedresi.
Andy leaves behind his wife, Caroline Work Belvedresi of Clarksdale; three sons, Clifton Andrew Belvedresi II, James Maxey Belvedresi and Christopher Harden Belvedresi, all of Clarksdale; parents, Eddie and Marsha Maxey Belvedresi of Madison; paternal grandmother, Carrie Borgognoni Belvedresi of Clarksdale.
